Construction Milestones

In line with Tagaytay Highlands’ program of development and expansion, the earthmoving work for the additional 9-holes of the existing Tagaytay Midlands golf course coincided with the initial phase of construction of the Lakeside Fairways development. The clearing and grubbing operation for the 3rd nine commenced in 2009. To date, preparations for the works on final shaping, planting and other related utilities are being accomplished for the eventual completion and use by the first quarter of 2012 December. Ongoing work can be viewed at the viewing deck to the left of hole number 16 of the existing Midlands Golf Course.

Tagaytay Midlands and Tagaytay Highlands golf club members will then have a total of 45 holes to enjoy!
