There are dining options aplenty but the clear stars of the show are the Highlands China Palace and The Steak House. The China Palace boasts some of the finest Chinese cuisine anywhere in the country in an ornate setting worthy of an emperor.
The Highlands Steak House was flown in log by log and the Australian and Wagyu steaks are large enough to satisfy the most robust of appetites. The excellent cuisine is complemented by one of the most impressive collections of single malt in the country. There are bigger selections to be sure, but can compare in quality to the one at the Highlands Steak House. |

Elsewhere, Filipino food is the star; the bulalo and sizzling bangus are enough to feed a family of four. Batangas specialties such as tawilis and maliputo are available as the seasons permit. Be sure to sample the abundant deserts, as well as the specialty breads at the bake shop. They are an absolute delight and the perfect way to cap off an excellent meal.
